The seminar will take place on Tuesday 30 May in the Neude Library in Utrecht.

In this email you will find practical information about the day of the seminar.

Registration desk
During the walk-in (12.30 – 13.00) you can register at the registration desk of the Mondriaan Fund. At the desk you can register for 2 in-depth sessions of your choice. Here you will find more information about the in-depth sessions and you can read in advance. The program starts at 13:00.

Video
During the seminar a video will be made. If you don’t want to be in the video, you can receive a sticker at the registration desk so that we can take this into account.

Food and dinks
Please make sure you already had lunch. During the reception and the break, we provide some beverages. After the seminar there are drinks available with a snack. This starts around 5:30 PM.

Accessibility
The seminar will take place in the Neude Library in Utrecht.

Public transport
The library can be reached from Utrecht Central Station with bus lines 2, 8, 28, 50, 55, 73, 74 or 77. Get off at the Neude stop. Prefer to walk? Via Vredenburg and the Potterstraat it is about a 10-minute walk from the station. Plan your trip via 9292.nl.

Bicycle
You can park your bicycle under the library. The bicycle shed is free for the first 24 hours.

Car
You can park at Interparking Hoog Catharijne P1, P4 or P5 or at Q-park La Vie. The car parks are open 24 hours a day. From these garages it is a 5 to 10 minute walk to the library.

Wheelchair accessibility
The location is accessible and has lifts for the disabled. Miva toilets are located on every floor.
