Dear applicant,

From Thursday 31 July at 4:00 pm (Dutch time zone) / 10:00 am (Caribbean time zone) until Monday 4 August at 12:00 pm (Dutch time zone) / 6:00 am (Caribbean time zone), the application forms for the ongoing grants will be temporarily unavailable. The forms are being updated to make the application process clearer for applicants. As a result, the current versions of these forms will be discontinued.

The content of the grants will not change, with the exception of the Art Heritage Presentation grant and to a limited extent, the Acquisitions grant.

Our records show that you have started an application for one of these grants but have not yet submitted it. If you still wish to submit your application, please take note of the following:

• Submit your application before Thursday 31 July at 4:00 pm (Dutch time zone) / 10:00 am (Caribbean time zone). Any completed forms that have not been submitted by that time will be deleted and permanently removed.
• If you are unable to submit your application before the deadline, please save a PDF of your current form. This will allow you to retain the information you have entered, which can then be copied into the new form later.
• From Monday 4 August around 12:00 pm (Dutch time zone) / 6:00 am (Caribbean time zone), you will be able to apply again for the grants using the new application form.

If you submit your application before 31 July, or have already submitted it, no further action is required.
