To create an account on behalf of a non-Dutch organisation, we need to be able to verify two things:

That the organisation is a legal entity
Provide a scan or photo of an official document proving that this is the case. This could be, for example, an extract from an official register (such as a business or non-profit register) or a tax document confirming the organisation’s legal form.
That the account holder is authorised to act on behalf of the organisation
If this person is listed as a representative in the above document, that is sufficient. If not, then we require additional evidence, for example:
- a screenshot of the website listing the account holder as a director;
- a brief authorisation signed by the board of directors or a director. You can find the authorisation form here .
