I program, research, and write working with art and cultural spaces across India. In my current role as Project Coordinator for The Himalayan Fellowship for Creative Practitioners at the Foundation for Indian Contemporary Art (FICA), I co-develop and sustain a year-long fellowship for practitioners from the Indian Himalayan Region (Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, Assam, and the Kalimpong-Darjeeling region of North Bengal). Through this programme, we facilitate dialogue, critical exchange, and the development of practices emerging at the intersection of ecological urgencies, cultural heritage, and regional knowledge systems.
