Henk Moens is secretary-general of the Institut pour la photographie des Hauts-de-France, in charge of the general management and development.
Before joining the Institut, Henk Moens has made his career in performing arts for the past 30 years. After 17 years as professional ballet-dancer in several European dance-companies in Germany, Belgium and France he began in 2006 a career as manager of cultural NGO’s.
