Has been the Director of the Museum Villa Stuck since 2007. He studied history of art in Munich. He has led numerous international exhibition projects at the Museum Villa Stuck, including The Short Century: Independence and Liberation Movements in Africa 1945-1994 (2001/02), Shanghai Modern (2004/05), Heribert C. Ottersbach (2008/09), Hito Steyerl (2010), Der Stachel des Skorpions. Ein Cadavre exquis nach Luis Buñuels »L’Âge d’or« (Tobias Zielony, Chicks on Speed, M+M, Keren Cytter, Julian Rosefeldt, John Bock) (2014), Roger Ballen (2014/15).
