Michal Wolinsky works and lives in Warsaw, Poland and runs Piktogram: formerly an international art magazine and curatorial combo (2005 to 2012), then a project space (2011 to 2013), now a gallery (est. 2013) based in Warsaw. He is a curator of numerous exhibitions and author of many texts published in Polish and international magazines, catalogues, and books. Wolinsky is a cofounder and former co-organiser of Warsaw Gallery Weekend. Recently he founded NOT FAIR, an art fair in form of an exhibition. Some of his, mostly collaborative, projects appeared under the name of Bureau of Loose Associations.
