Organisations in the field of mobile heritage can again apply for the restoration and recovery of mobile heritage with attention to its sustainability. This concerns all sectors of mobile heritage: rail, road, water and air. The aim is to strengthen the quality and keep mobile heritage operational in a sustainable manner.
The contribution can be used for the restoration and recovery of mobile heritage that is included in the National Register of Mobile Heritage and that occupies a clear position in the storyline of Toonbeelden, expressing a special national or regional importance. The maximum contribution is 50% of the project costs.
A Mobile Heritage Restoration grant can be applied for at any time of the year, until the grant’s budget has been exhausted.
