He teaches art history and theory at the École cantonale d’art de Lausanne (ECAL) and the École nationale supérieure d’arts de Paris-Cergy (ENSAPC). He is the author of the first retrospective devoted to the English collective BANK (2012). From 2013 to 2015, he was exhibition curator at the Palais de Tokyo. He has organised projects on Jean Painlevé, Shila Hicks and the relationship between art and craftsmanship. In 2018, he organised the exhibition “A Study in Scarlet” at the Plateau Frac Île-de-France, focusing on Cosey Fanni Tutti. He has published several books, including an interview with Jacqueline de Jong in 2020 (Manuella Éditions). He co-edited The BANK Fax-Bak Service, published in 2021 by Treize, Lenz Press and the Kunsthalle Zurich. He is involved in organising the 2021 edition of the Centre Pompidou’s Kandinsky Library Summer University entitled ‘Galleries-Anti-Galleries’ and is co-editing the proceedings of the symposium. He is currently participating in a research group working on the archives of filmmaker Jackie Raynal.
